Janice leads STAAY’s communications initiatives. Currently situated in Los Angeles, she brings over 15 years of diverse expertise in creative communications within the architectural, interior, and graphic design spheres.

With a diverse background across Asia, Europe and North America, encompassing various roles in esteemed design firms such as Steve Leung Design Group, OMA, Alan Chan Design Company, Wilkinson Eyre Architects, Michael Maltzan Architecture, and JFAK Architects, Janice has cultivated a distinctive blend of creative acumen and strategic insight. Her proficiency spans corporate communications, media relations, business development, and architectural design.

Janice holds a professional MArch degree from Pratt Institute, complemented by an MSc degree in Architectural Conservation from the University of Hong Kong, where she received distinction for her dissertation. She also holds a BEng in Innovation and Design Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
